I've spent the last decade at the intersection of infrastructure and applied research, building the unglamorous pieces that make AI feel effortless: retrieval pipelines, evaluation harnesses, latency budgets, feedback loops.

My philosophy is simple. Great AI products are not model demos. They are systems: opinionated defaults, fast failure modes, small primitives that compose, and interfaces that respect the user's intelligence.

Outside of shipping, I write about LLM system design, keep a running list of benchmarks I trust, and mentor teams moving from prototype to production.
